Artist Statement
My work utilizes multiple methods of practice including sculpture, video, photography and painting. The many subjects of interest to me are linguistics, Western mythology, reason, Americana and the origins of the communicative image. My conceptualization begins with the study of history, art, philosophy, and theory. The final work is done through simultaneous narrative installations, soft objects, text paintings and images.
